Analysis of completeness of data from the price and value register on the example of Kołobrzeg and Koszalin districts in years 2010–20177

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to analyse the completeness of data contained in the price and value register. Transactions concerning parcels with residential buildings located on them were studied. The research is a continuation of previous studies conducted by the author. The following market characteristics were selected for the analysis: transaction price, usable area, year of building construction, building walls, number of storeys, plot size, others. Data was obtained at the District Offices in Kołobrzeg and Koszalin. The study was conducted on the example of Kołobrzeg and Koszalin districts in 2010–2017. The study used the technique of quantitative and qualitative analysis of documents.
