Modern methods of financing development projects

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the issue of financing development projects. After presenting basic information on the choice of the organizational and legal form of the implementation of development projects, the author discusses the basic assumptions of the project finance method. The final effect of the considerations is the presentation of the financing model of a residential development project, based on the forms of the loan collateral discussed in detail. The author puts forward the thesis that the presented financing model may be useful for conducting development projects but only in specific macroeconomic conditions.
