Summary/Abstract: The treatise is divided into two parts, in the first D. Nečak dicusses the activities of the Office for the Occupied Territories in 1919—1920 which collected material for the Paris Peace Conference and endeavoured to look after the emigrants In Yugoslavia. In the second part A. Vovko examines the activities of the emigrant associations ORJEM and the Union of the Yugoslav- Emigrants of Venezia Giulia, both of which operated in Yugoslavia.
