Formation of polish administration in the recovered territories

Summary/Abstract: The construction of the state apparatus is usually a complicated and long process, requiring not only legislative, but also material and social base. The deficit of all these elements made the organization of the Polish administration in the Recovered Territories a serious challenge, both from the logistical and the formal point of view. In these circumstances, the efficiency of actions was a priority. For this reason, the administration on this territories had to be simplified. Before the final model for the administration of recovered lands was developed, there were several temporary variants. In this study, the author tries to present a further variant of the administration of the recovered territories
