Defender or not a defender? Procedural status of a lawyer and a legal adviser in the event of the arrest of a suspected person

Summary/Abstract: Detention is such a means of coercion with which it involves short-term deprivation of liberty. It concerns interference in civil rights and freedoms. The main subject of discussion in this article is the question whether an attorney or legal advisor may act as a quasi-defender or attorney if the detainee is a suspect because he is not formally a defense attorney because the suspect is not a party to the proceedings.
