Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the legalization of proofs obtained during preliminary investigation activity exceeding the subject or object of the ambit of such control, which was introduced by amendment dated as of 11 of March of 2016. The considerations focus on the development of admission in the criminal proceedings of proofs obtained during preliminary investigation activity, the introduction of proofs obtained during preliminary investigation activity to the criminal proceedings by acts which regulate such activity and premises of legalization of proofs obtained by violating provisions regarding preliminary investigation activity according to art.168b of Criminal Proceedings Code.
