Summary/Abstract: The execution of imprisonment in Poland is the center of interest for representatives of many fields of science. The research of the prison community is specific. Time in prison has a different dimension. This article presents the prison reality in the light of the opinions of convicted persons serving the penalty of deprivation of liberty.
