Summary/Abstract: The subsidiarity principle is one of the most important principles accompanying the implementation of tasks assigned to public administration entities. This principle, called the principle of subsidiarity, originates in the Preamble of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. As part of implementing the principle of subsidiarity, citizens who become involved in public affairs play an important role in guarding the rule of law. In addition, the increasing public-private sector focus on public service missions is devoted to the humanitarian model, its role and impact on the functioning of the public sector.
