Summary/Abstract: The Cyprien Fabre Company is one of the two most active French shipping companies that operating in the ports of Levant. This company played an important role in the expansion and permanence of French interests in Syria and Lebanon. Cyprien Fabre Company, the first French company to open a direct immigrant line from the East Mediterranean to New York and South America, has become synonymous with this line and has found fame as Fabre Line / Immigrant Line in the world shipping history. The activities of the Company are generally based on the emigrants and refugees from Lebanon, to Syria, Mersin and Smyrna in the Eastern Mediterranean basin. In this study, was tried to be discussed the activities of the Cyprien Fabre Company on the Fabre Line from the Eastern Mediterranean to Marseilles and America.
