Summary/Abstract: In the theses put forward the author outlines the most characteristic moves and measures of the economic policy during the period of administrative socialism. The entire period reveals two basic phases. The first, lasting until the end of 1946, was the phase of reconstruction during which the economic policy and the governmental policy were brought into line. There followed the phase of the first Five-Year-Plan which was marked by industrialization me author traces the basic measures in the economic policy of the period.
