Summary/Abstract: Conditional and Suspended sentence according to Slovenian criminal law. This work describes the criminal law practice in Slovenia concerning conditional and suspended sentence, and probation. Basic provisions- In Slovenian criminal law there are three kinds of admonitory sanctions: a suspended sentence, a suspended sentence with custodial supervision, and a judicial admonition. Conditions-If the sentence is imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine, this sentence may be suspended.
