Summary/Abstract: Undoubtedly, Bulgaria is on the verge of Europe in literal and figurative meaning. As is often the case, our native politicians are used to saying, “we never are were closer to Europe and to European values. " But Bulgaria's membership the European Union is proving to be a difficult and responsible task, and the requirements that our country needs to fulfill are proving to be more numerous than we expected.
