Implementing nature of the Governmental Bill Amending the Act on the Industrial Property Law

Summary/Abstract: The discussed amendment of the act is aimed at the implementation of EU law. The EU directive being implemented aims to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trademarks. The author assesses which provisions of the bill implement the directive, as well as which ones extend its provisions to other areas of law that are not related to European Union law.
