Summary/Abstract: Section II of Chapter XI of the Criminal Code (CC), entitled "Crimes in Transport," aims to provide criminal defense protection for transport activity by criminalizing two groups of publicly dangerous acts. The first group of offenses concerns transport safety (transport offenses) and the second group concerns public relations in relation to the established order of transport.
