Summary/Abstract: Trafficking in human beings is a typical example of the crimes that characterize the 21st century of globalization. It affects every continent and region of the world, as data shows that there are increasing trends. Recent research and calculations show that between 500,000 and 2,000,000 people in the world are trafficked for a year, anywhere in the world.
