Summary/Abstract: Providing continuity of midwifery care creates an opportunity for an individual approach in the implementation of good practices, which are diverse in nature and put a particular emphasis- the care package throughout the whole cycle of the prenatal, antenatal and postnatal period for women at low risk to be carried out by a midwife. This article presents part of a study on the health needs of women and the attitudes of midwives to the application of continuity of midwifery care.
