Summary/Abstract: Since it will provide a competitive advantage, it is important for the organizations to recruit the right and competent employees. Therefore, a serious cost is taken into account in recruitment processes. For this reason, they aim to ensure that employees have a strong relationship with the organization and that their tendency to quit is both psychologically and physically low. For these reasons, the tendency to quit as the first variable of the study was determined. Numerous organizational practices can be listed such as fair compensation of the organization, establishment of reward systems according to performance, providing organizational support, being fair and transparent in organizational career management. However, when the concepts that have been effective on the changing tendencies of the employees are examined, it is observed that the behaviors of the manager or his / her colleagues in the organization also have an effect on the tendency to leave. The ongoing variability of technology results in competition being inevitable and challenging; Rough words, attitudes and behaviors that employees show against each other are conceptualized as workplace indifference.
