Summary/Abstract: 2000-2001 crisis occurred in Turkey's economy and stability programs implemented after brought great changes occur in the economic structure. As a result of IMF sustained stability programs (Strong Economy Transition Program), public budget discipline was achieved, economic reforms were accelerated, and financial sector reforms were realized. Although in the context of applications find macroeconomic policies after the 2000-2001 crisis in Turkey's economy in terms of short-term goals to be seen positive results, delays seen in the realization of structural change in the long term, encountered intervals on the economy has led to economic fluctuations. Turkey's economy, based on modern high-tech 21st century that aims to reach production model and despite the plans for the transformation of modern financial markets, the desired levels in the economy have not been reached. In this study, the next macroeconomic development of Turkey's economy after the 2001 crisis, the examination will be held within the framework of development plans. Efforts will be made to evaluate the development plans implemented since 2001 in terms of macroeconomic performance of the country's economy.
