Summary/Abstract: In her contribution the author makes an attempt at reconstructing the personnel structure of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Slovenia. In the period under consideration the Committee had a total of 40 members and candidates coming and going, and the author follows the changes in membership due to arrests, executions and looses resulting from expulsion as well as active participation in combat. She outlines some duties individual members were put in charge of, as well as analyses the leadership structure in terms of age, tenure and level of education, and shows that for a veriety of reasons a rather small number of individuals served as members of the Central Committee of the Slovene Communist Party.
