Summary/Abstract: The impression of the time-space-moment triangle that the social events and spatial changes that have lived in the cities over time left on the society constitute the memory of that city or society. This accumulation of the society that keeps the living in its memory from the past to the present is being reappeared in different places with different means at different times. Atatürk University Fine Arts Faculty Sculpture Department Within the scope of the 13th European Youth Olympic Winter Festival (EYOF 2017) held in Erzurum, we have organized social memory by reinterpreting the cultural elements of the city, place. In this study, Eyof 2017 Kar and Buzdan Erzurum Cultural Street has been made to the community memory has been revealed.
