Summary/Abstract: With the increase in the world population, the migration from rural to urban areas also increases. Although population growth provides short-term individual benefits in urban life, scarce resources such as water and electricity and health and education services are disrupted. In order to minimize the urban problems, all institutions and individuals working in the field of urban planning, such as state and local governments are trying to create alternatives to facilitate urban life. One of these alternatives is the smart city systems that require intensive technology and the technology equipment developed for these systems.
