Summary/Abstract: On the basis of archive sources (Institute for National Questions, Archives of the Republic of Slovenia, Ministry of Interior Affairs, Carinthian Provincial Museum in Slovenj Gradec, League of Carinthian Partisans in Klagenfurt and Institute for Military History in Belgrade) and literature, the author presents the main features of the anti-Nazi resistance by the Carinthian Slovenes in Austria, the development of the National Liberation Movement and Partisan units in Carinthia, the victims among the Carinthian Slovenes, the material damage and the final Second World War combats in Europe which took place in Carinthia.
