Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the lifelong learning tendencies of high school teachers and compare them with various variables. In the research, the following questions have been answered. 1. What is the level of life-long learning tendencies of high school teacher? 2. Do the lifelong learning endencies of the teachers differ significantly according to their gender, seniority, level of education, age, and place of work? 3. Is there a meaningful relationship between subscales of the scale? This research is in the survey model. Population the research constitutes a total of 2805 high school teachers who are in high schools in the centre of Elazığ and its districts for the academic year of 2017-2018. The sample is composed of 343 teachers determined by simple random sampling. In the research, the scale of "Lifelong Learning Trends" (YBÖEÖ) is used as data collection tool.
