Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the Turkish manufacturing industry's view of occupational health and safety, the level of implementation, the benefits obtained, and the relationship between them. In this research, analyzes were carried out using data collected from 265 small, medium and large scale firms operating in different sectors. It has been seen that these firms generally implement occupational health and safety practices at a high level and benefit from this implementation highly. According to the results of factor analysis, the practices of occupational health and safety consist of dimensions, namely employee and prevention; and its benefits, namely production and prestige. The results of regression analysis showed that considering the occupational health and safety only because of the legal necessity was a major reason for low level of occupational health and safety implementation.
