Summary/Abstract: The lack of the desired level of university-industry cooperation in Turkey, is one of the topics being studied for many years. Most of the work undertaken has addressed the expectations and perceptions of the universities, but the industrial sector's perceptions and expectations about university-industry cooperation have not been adequately addressed. In this context, the aim of the research is to establish a mutual and effective relationship / interaction between the industrial sector in Samsun and the university and to determine the university perception of the industrial sector and to make inferences about the expectations for the further development of the university-industry cooperation.
