Summary/Abstract: The most important issue with dynamic panel estimators is choice of instruments. The validity of instruments can be examined with Sargan/Hansen tests for over identifying restrictions. The null hypothesis in Hansen test is that the over identifying restrictions are valid. As it can be seen from tables below both tests support selection of instruments and allow us to proceed with further testing.
