The Macedonian Scientific Institute and the bulgarian ethnographic science

Summary/Abstract: The author has divided his article in three parts: introductory thoughts, development of the theme of the title and short conclusion. The first part stresses on the role and importance of the Macedonian Scientific Institute, its wide research activity and the important place of the ethnography in it.Nevertheless, due mainly to lack of specialised ethnographs in the past, there are few really scientific ethnographic publications in "Macedonian Review", the printed edition of the Macedonian Scientific Institute since its creation until now.
