Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the publication of legal acts of the executive authorities in the Collection of Laws. The theoretical introduction explains the principle called „Ignorance of the law is no excuse“ in relation to public to aplicable law. The short chapter explains the basic definition, features and functionality Publication law. The separate part contens historical view on issue of legal acts of an executive bodies. The present form of the Collection of Laws is focused on a contentious problems. Particularly the public access to electronic form of the Collection or search laws, as amended. The main part of the article describes publication of the normative and non-normative acts by the President, Government, Ministry or by the Central administrative bodies. Conclusion de lege ferenda discusses upcoming legislation of the Collection of Laws, especially are announced some changes in the regulation with a proposal for a possible solution of some institutes.
