SPECIFICITY OF PRESENTATION OF KOMI FOLKLORE IN FOLK LITERATURE OF THE KOMI REGION OF THE XIX CENTURY

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of ethnographic essay prose created by the local intelligentsia of the Komi region in the XIX century. The material of the study are the texts and judgments about the folklore of the Komi people. The principle of literary presentation of Komi folklore samples in comparison with the genres of Russian folklore is established, as well as in connection with the tasks of the ethnographic science of its time, which studied folklore in order to reveal the characteristics of the ethnos.
