Summary/Abstract: Any military operation must be planned taking into consideration ”quantity” and ”quality” of forces. These forces must be ”set up” and organised and used in operations according to their ”combat power” at the specified place and time. Only if there is a correct analysis and “determination” of combat power these forces can have a chance to win.
