Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of school principals’ favouritism on teachers’ perceptions of organizational justice and trust in the school principal. Phenomenology which is one of the qualitative research designs was used in this study. The universe of the research consists of 2022 teachers and 134 school principals working in elementary schools, middle schools and high schools in Bingöl province within the academic year of 2017-2018. In this study, criterion sampling method which is one of the purposeful sampling methods was used, and the study group consists of 16 school principals and 68 teachers. Qualitative data of this study were collected by semi-structured interview form. Descriptive analysis and content analysis were used in the analysis of this study.
