Summary/Abstract: The developmental factors of heredity and environment form a complex union on the territory of the human psyche. The biological foundations of human development are merely the premise for its socially-driven deployment. This report focuses on some portions of the main aspects of mental development, the foundations of which lie in the environmental conditions.
