The study group of the research consists of 187 school administrators. The data were collected through the Organizational Forgiveness Scale. Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t test and one way ANOVA were used in the analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the school administrators frequently perform the behavior of organizational forgiveness. The levels of school administrators’ organizational forgiveness behaviors do not show a statistically significant difference in terms of seniority and job position variables. However, the levels of high school administrators’ organizational forgiveness behaviors differ statistically than that of primary school administrators.
