Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the interaction between business and public administration through policies to improve the business environment and reduce administrative burdens on business. The relationship between policies for the developmen and modernization of institutions and the pursuit of greater competitiveness is sought. Guidelines have been developed to increase the effectiveness of stakeholder interaction.
