Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon and the concept of the homeostasis of the system of public administration. The author reveals the general concept of “homeostasis”. The article shows the history of the genesis of the concept of homeostasis. The author explains the problems of the relevant interpretation and the limits of applicability of this concept to the system of public administration. The author’s definition of the concept of homeostasis of the system of public administration is presented in the article. The article describes the properties of the public administration system that determine its ability to maintain its homeostasis.
