Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the opinions of the teachers, administrators and students about the sources of violence at high schools. In recent years, a perception as to the fact that the problems about increasing of the schools’ safety day by day is under consideration. It is a phenomenon that a fear of violence at schools is increasing constantly. Coping with the violence at schools is the first thing that should be solved about the safety of schools. Because of the violence at schools, many members of the schools, especially the teachers don’t feel safe themselves, and so they cannot focus on their work completely. Due to the violence, the individuals are exposed to both physical and emotional defects permanently. According to the results of the research, many young adolescents believe that the most effective way in the conflicting and solving problems is violence.
