Summary/Abstract: This brief presentation aims to increase the understanding of international trade negotiations between China – Central and Eastern Europe region as well as Europe through the framework of One Belt One Road ( OBOR ) cooperation, with a focus on the legal perspective regarding the rule of law conditionalities, EU external trade relationship on the basis of respect for rule of law and the restoration of trust toward the creation of new rules.
