Summary/Abstract: Organizational theories have been developin from the first written traces of organization. For many years, many authors have tried to give their contribution to theories of the organization, and classical theory has created the foundations of organizational theory and leadership, putting emphasis on internal organization, relationships and efficiency. The emergence of cybernetics, the development of new technologies and other contemporary processes contributed to the further development of system theory which resulted in the restructuring of existing ones and the development of new models of the organization, which will be further discissed in this paper.
