Summary/Abstract: Analyzed the Friedrich Hayek's position of problems of epistemology and methodology of the social sciences. With respect to better understanding compared with some of the most outstanding methodological approaches in the field of Social sciences. Observed the positions of representatives of different varieties of thoughts. Special attention is drawn on Hayek's conception about socialist methodology in the social sciences, developed in the theories of "social engineering" and "planism".
