Summary/Abstract: The article proposes an analysis of the person's right to reputation, analyzed both from the perspective of the individual and the legal person, in relation to the right to free expression, guaranteed both internally and internationally. Starting with the legal regulations in the field, national and European law cases are analyzed in order to highlight the effective protection enjoyed by the right to reputation.
