Summary/Abstract: İhsan Oktay Anar, who is one of the most attractive and powerful authors of Postmodernism movement that has begun to be more effective since 1980’s in Turkish literature, has become one of the most influential and attractive authors thanks to all of his novels including his first one named The Atlas Of Misty Continents (1995). The author generally presents historical, religious, philosophical and mythological elements enriched by a postmodern discourse to his readers, and he advanced this colorful and different style in his novel Taciturns(2007).
