Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to identify the limitations the customers aged 60+ are exposed to in the relations with banks. The author states the thesis that the relationships between these entities are beneficial for both sides. The banks gain customers and the standard of living of elderly people is higher. The satisfaction of both sides is possible if banks realize that clients have special needs and fears. On the basis of the foregoing considerations, it can be seen that there is a problem of threats to customers 60+ using bank services. This fact is confirmed by complaints coming to the Human Rights Defender.
