Summary/Abstract: Introduction: Advanced information technologies are increasingly being pursued in healthcare, where digital transformation follows trends in other industries. Often, there are projects that introduce not only technologies such as "Big Data", or large data, "Data Mining" or data exploration, as well as analytics, in addition also fragments of artificial intelligence, such as speech and text recognition, or some of the technology "Machine Learning", such as "Deep Learning". Researchers, in collaboration with healthcare professionals, are transferring new knowledge based on these technologies often through smaller projects, using, for example, servitization and other service options for healthcare practice (Molnar et al., 2016; Furda and Gregus, 2017). Methods and Material: By combining methods such as literature review and extended thematic analysis, we have explored the possibilities of defining the main themes and the preliminary design of the architecture of the multi-channel data processing system from patients and their retrospective provision.
