THE 2nd PLENUM OF THE CC OF THE ACP (ALBANIAN COMMUNIST PARTY), CONSEQUENCE OF THE INTERVENTION OF THE YCP (YUGOSLAV COMMUNIST PARTY)

Summary/Abstract: In the founding meeting of the Albanian Communist Party (ACP) took part the delegates of the Yugoslav Communist Party (YCP) Miladin Popovic and Dushan Mugosha. The Albanian communist considered their participation as a help that a great party gives to a small party. They didn’t think that behind this help were hidden the old chauvinistic aims of Serbia towards our country. The presence of the Yugoslav delegates didn’t mean that the ACP was founded and led by them. The leadership of the YCP to realize the anti-Albanian chauvinistic aims composed plans aiming to accuse and reject the political and organizational line followed by the ACP during the National Liberation War. This mission was assigned to Vukmanovic Tempo, and, later on, to Velimir Stoinic.
