Summary/Abstract: Insurance is a long-established financial argument that started in the 17th century and grew in England. Although the issue of insurance in Islam is generally viewed negatively, the differences that will be made in the main factors that make this point of view give a moderate view to the issue. In this study, a comparison of takaful insurance in Turkey with fairly advanced at a level that is considered to be the UK's Islamic practices in the insurance on financial regulation adopted by the Islamic understanding is maintained.
