A Possible History of Literature

Summary/Abstract: The author argues for the need for a critical afterthought on the history of literature in general and the history of Polish literature in particular. Discussed are its traditional models and certain new conceptualisations, along with a handful of postulates concerning a possible (worthy, albeit not easily deliverable) history of Polish literature.
