Summary/Abstract: In the novels of Sorin Titel, the house and the garden are symbols of protection for the beings sheltered in their perimeter. Not only does it keep the evil outside, but they also conserve time, heal diseases, gather the symbols of life, of wealth and opulence. The house is an extension of the mother, the most important being in the writings of Sorin Titel. The house opens horizontally and gathers childhood treasures, that is the time of full bliss. The gardenis an extension of the house's secure space. Arranged in the form of a circle, it incloses in its elements shapes of Paradise. The garden is the extension of the being, of its innnerside. For the characters, heaven is related to their childhood garden, filled with trees of all kinds, rich in colorful fruits that bring health and vitality.
