Summary/Abstract: The article investigates the foreign policy dialogue between the leaders of two countries — V. Putin and M. Saakashvili as representatives of two political elite. The stage-by-stage analysis on the key moments of negotiations is given and also the events and the reasons which have exerted negative impact on forming of constructive dialogue are considered.
