Summary/Abstract: The article shows the activity of the young Samara intelligentsia as a part of City youth club as reflection of new social, ideological and art tendencies of the 1960-s. Forms and content of work of the clubmen seeking to become participants of public life of the city are analyzed. The main projects of club which have changed space of a country town and put significant cultural traditions are revealed.
