[Educational Process in Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen

Summary/Abstract: One of the main problems concerning the Bulgarian universities is the quality of the education of the students. This requires improvement of the criteria regarding the educational process as a whole. As a member of the European Union, Bulgaria respects the European normative and strategic documents. The University of Shumen maintains and enforces the understanding for completion of these documents, which premise the development of the higher education – The European qualifi cation frame and its endorsement into the “The National qualifi cation frame” (2001), “Guidance for application of the credential system” (2009), “Europe 2020” (2010). The following article examines the qualities of the educational process in the University of Shumen.
